For Lemon Cake Ingredients: 1cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1cup caster sugar 1cup butter 2 eggs 2 tablespoons yogurt 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice Method: Sift 1 cup flour and add baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs, yogurt and lemon juice and mix well till you get a smooth consistency.
