The Jessica Simpson Diet


A year or so back, everyone was thrashing poor Jessica because of that post-baby flubber she was carrying around. But she pounced back with a massive 60lbs drop and basically shut the critics right up!

       So for starting up my weight loss campaign (The Pixie Cut Motivation) I have chosen Jessica Simpson's Smoothie Diet. Reasons for choosing this plan is the fact that it's Easy, Simple, Delicious and Effective. What else can you ask out of a diet plan! I will call is 'The Jess'

      It's basically a 15day Smoothie diet   

Day 1-5: 3 Smoothies, 2 Snacks

              Day 5-10: 2 Smoothies, 2 Snacks, 1 Meal

                 Day 10-15: 1 Smoothie, 2 Snacks, 2 Meals.

        
That's one good looking and massively Healthy green smoothie.   

        Of course, I will make some changes to the smoothie and snack recipes according to the ingredients available to me, trying to keep the calorie count similar. from tomorrow onwards till next 15 days, I will be following this diet plan and will record my weight loss progress along with the recipes!
