Quick and Easy Pasta Recipe

This recipe is simple and quick for those nights when you do not want to put in too much effort but still want to eat something restaurant quality!





Ingredients:
1. chicken mince   half kg
2. Bell pepper        2
3. carrots                2
4. pasta of your choice
5. oil to cook
6. ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
7. soy sauce 2 tbsp
8. vinegar 2tbsp
9. Salt and pepper to taste
10. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:
- Heat half 1/4 cup oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Once oil is fragrant, add chicken mince and cook till it is well done.
- Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and vinegar to the chicken and turn the stove off.
- In another pan, add 4 tbsp oil and add finely cut bell peppers and carrots to it when hot. stir fry the vegetables.
- Boil some water in a pan and add pasta. Cook till it is soft. Then strain the water out and add the pasta to the vegetables.
Mix in the cooked chicken and tomato ketchup.

Enjoy a bowl full!
