Day 2 Keto Ramazan Challenge!
Sehri:
1. Coffee with cream
2. Low calorie wraps stuffed with mushrooms, olives and cheese.
Recipe:
In a blender add 2 tbsp almond flour, 2 eggs, pinch of salt, pinch of baking power, 2 tbsp cream cheese, half cup water and blend.
Pour the liquid on a hot non stick pan and make as many wraps as you want. Be careful to cook both sides well.
For stuffing, add 2tbsp butter to a pan then add chopped onions, tomatoes and fry till they are soft then add a few chopped mushrooms, salt, black pepper, olives and green vegetables if you want. Season with soya sauce and top with cheese. Stuff this cheesy mixture in to a wrap and enjoy!
Aftari:
1. Lemonade with stevia sweetner.
2. 2 kebabs
3. A bowl full of green vegetables sauted in butter.
4. Strawberry smoothie made with yoghurt and cream.
